GENERAL
Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service). My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw. Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is. You receive 2 free major revisions (details in revision point below).PAYMENTS & FEES
Payments can be made either in full upfront or in two installments of 50% each. The initial 50% is paid upfront, with the remaining 50% due after final revisions through the agreed-upon platform. Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be automatically cancelled. Potential factors that may incur additional fees include:
- Complexity (such as accessories, designs, backgrounds, etc.): $5-$20 USD
- Faster turnaround time: 40% of the total price
- Monetized content rights: included in the price
- Commercial merchandising (including monetized rights): 200% of the total priceREVISIONS
Revisions are only available during the sketch and color phase. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur. If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, Rush Fee will be applied (see Payments & Fees above). You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.The final piece will be delivered to you via vgen chat/discord and e-mail.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself. I may use the artwork to:Promote myself and my services. Post on social media and in my portfolio. Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only). Exceptions:If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
I reserve the right to cancel and issue refunds for a commission at any time. You may cancel the commission prior to payment being made. Once payment has been received, refunds will be determined based on the current stage of artwork completion. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
Forfeit your rights to use the artwork. Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence). Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit. Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased). Print the art for yourself. Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@Celadon_na". You may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission. Commission art/services using my Design/Work. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Remove signatures/watermarks. Resell or redistribute the artwork. Modify the artwork without my consent. Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence). The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
